Who we are
conttigo consulting & services was founded in 2009 with the business idea of serving as a bridge between companies from German-speaking regions and those from Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking areas (in Europe and Latin America). The company offers comprehensive corporate consulting for all activities aimed at achieving a secure and successful internationalization.
The founder of the company is the Colombian Alejandro Palacios-Tovar. Together with the Spaniard Débora Sánchez-Rodríguez, they form the management team of the company.
Additionally, conttigo consulting & services has an interdisciplinary and intercultural team of dedicated employees. Furthermore, the company is globally well-connected with freelance professionals across various industries.
To date, the company has strategic alliances in Spain, Colombia, and the USA, and is currently working on cooperating with firms from other Latin American countries.

The Management Team
Alejandro Palacios-Tovar
Alejandro Palacios-Tovar studied at the German School of Cali (Colombia) and earned a degree in International Business from the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University in Bogotá (Colombia) as well as an MBA from the ESB European School of Business in Reutlingen (Germany).
Alejandro´s professional trajectory led him to hold positions in Colombia, China, Germany, and Spain as a sales manager, sales chief, and director of a German subsidiary in Madrid, among others. He was also the managing director of an investment promotion and development agency in southern Germany and managing director of an Innovation and Technology Center in the state of Baden-Württemberg, comprising an entrepreneurship center, a scientific training academy, and a model factory with laboratories for research and development initiatives between companies and scientific institutions.
Currently, he is a lecturer, coach, and professor in international business, commercial practices, and marketing at various universities, as well as head of corporate communication and marketing at a German bank. He is also a member of various advisory bodies, associations, and business and sports clubs.
Alejandro has over 20 years of experience in the strategic and conceptual commitment of medium-sized internationally oriented companies, comprehensive corporate planning, and the establishment of links between the economy, science, and politics.
Débora Sánchez-Rodríguez
Débora Sánchez-Rodríguez joined conttigo consulting & services in 2009. Débora is a Spanish professional with a background in Industrial Engineering (Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Barcelona) and a master’s degree in Textile Management from the University of Reutlingen (Germany). Her professional experience includes expertise in textile product development, international textile purchasing, and administrative management of a fashion company.
In total, she has over 20 years of professional experience.”
