Expoalemania, the first cross-industry virtual trade fair between Germany and Latin America, took place from 14.07.2020 to 17.07.2020.
During the four days of the fair, approximately 220,000 visitors (according to IP) were registered, there were more than 59,000 queries and contacts and about 14,500 visitors at the virtual conferences. 310 companies from 20 countries participated as exhibitors, including conttigo consulting & services as a premium exhibitor.
„We specifically searched for and found business partners for two of our ongoing projects in the field of agriculture and Medtech. In addition, we have also been able to initiate institutional links with countries that were previously „unknown“ to us. Overall a good event,“ said the founder and Executive Director of conttigo Alejandro Palacios-Tovar.
For many participants, the virtual trade fair was a very good opportunity to get to know new suppliers and service providers and gain experience with such a new digital format despite the Corona pandemic.
The conttigo management participated at the closing conferences with two interesting topics: „Doing business with German companies – factors to be taken into account“ and „The state of Baden-Württemberg – economic and scientific potential for Latin America“.
